1500 state employees to get MBAs from ESLSCA by 2020

CAIRO – 25 July 2017: Egypt targets 1,500 employees in the state administrative bodies to obtain foundation certificates in Business Administration Diploma and Master in cooperation of ESLSCA Business School, Minister of Planning said Tuesday.

The program’s duration extends to four years until 2020 and aims to develop the capacities of the governmental leadership.

Minister of Planning Hala el-Saied added that the government adopts several initiatives to offer convenient training opportunities as per the requirements qualifications for every job.

One of the program’s outputs is that 30 learners of the best participants will get the international business master’s degree, which will provide the state with executive leaders for the coming period, the minister said.

Saied noted that the training will cost much but without it there will be a delay in the economic and administrative reform programs, which will be a higher price.
