CAIRO - 3 June 2024: On June 7, 2018, Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly took on the task of forming Egypt's 124th cabinet.
The Cabinet was officially inaugurated on June 14, 2018, following the resignation of Prime Minister Sherif Ismail's government, which occurred on June 5, 2018.
Initially, Madbouly included 20 ministers from Ismail's government in his cabinet formation.
Since its inauguration, Madbouly's cabinet has undergone four constitutional amendments, resulting in changes within the ministry.
