CAIRO - 28 April 2024: Minister of International Cooperation, Rania Al-Mashat, will attend the special meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The event, titled "Global Collaboration, Growth and Energy for Development," will take place on April 28 and 29. Over 1,000 participants from governments, the private sector, and international institutions are expected to attend.
During the meeting, Minister Al-Mashat will participate in several high-level events and engage in discussions on key topics. One of the sessions she will speak in is focused on the "Meeting of the Human Capital: Initiatives Reskilling Revolution & Jobs Initiative." This session aims to address the reskilling of the workforce and the promotion of job initiatives.
Another session minister Al-Mashat will be involved in is titled "Powering Up Together: Strengthening Cross Regional Collaboration for the Energy Transition." This session seeks to strengthen collaboration between regions to facilitate a smoother energy transition.
Additionally, the Minister will take part in a discussion on "Charting A Global Security & Growth Agenda." This session aims to identify strategies to address global security challenges while promoting economic growth.
