The CSCEC factory for manufacturing steel structures in the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) opened with investments totaling ¥87.4 million.
The factory occupies a vast 27,039 square meter plot of land. Its main objective is to produce steel structures, boasting an impressive annual production capacity of 25,000 tons.
A key aspect of this project is its potential for job creation, with plans to employ 200 individuals.
The SCZone Chairman, Walid Gamal El-Din, highlighted the successful partnership between the economic zone and the industrial developer TEDA - Egypt, allowing the factory to be completed within a remarkable eight-month timeframe.
This factory stands out as a remarkable endeavor in the realm of steel structure manufacturing.
Not only does it serve as an advanced industrial hub, but it also holds a strategically advantageous position, acting as a gateway between three continents: Asia, Africa, and Europe.
By promoting local manufacturing within Egypt, this project is set to significantly enhance the country's industrial landscape, contributing to its overall growth and development.
