Egypt raises fuel prices by LE 1

CAIRO - 21 March 2024: The Petroleum Pricing Committee (PPC) decided on Thursday to increase the prices of all types of gasoline by LE 1.

 

This comes after the increase was postponed multiple times.

 

According to the committee's decision, the price per liter of 80-octane gasoline after the increase will be LE 11, the price per liter of 92-octane gasoline after the increase will be LE 12.50, and the price per liter of 95-octane gasoline after the increase will be LE 13.5.

 

Moreover, the price of a liter of diesel will increase to LE 10, and the price of a gas cylinder will be LE 100.
