Turkey's successful experience in exporting real estate is a good model for Egypt: Real Estate developer

CAIRO - 14 February 2024: An Egyptian real estate developer highlighted the successful Turkish experience in exporting real estate abroad, saying that it contributed to the economic renaissance in Turkey during the recent period. 

 

Engineer Ahmed Masoud, a real estate developer and member of the New Cairo Developers Association, encouraged officials in Egypt to benefit from the Turkish experience and from exploiting that visit to learn closely about the procedures that Turkey followed in the drug export file.  

 

Ahmed Masoud, another real estate developer, explained that Egypt is still in the preliminary steps regarding the real estate export file, and successful experiences must be taken as model to achieve the highest results, especially that the real estate sector is the largest sector leading the development process in Egypt.

 

He said that the experience of exporting real estate abroad requires more work, effort, and studying other experiences in order to do it well, and Turkey is one of the best countries in that file, and what are the most prominent privileges that should be granted to foreigners to greatly attract them to invest in real estate inside Egypt.

 

The visit comes after diplomatic and political efforts at the highest level between the two countries over the past years, which culminate today in the return of relations between the two countries.
