In 2023, Modon Real Estate Development completes strategic alliances and attains the greatest implementation rates in the Administrative Capital. In 2024, the company grows to include East and West Cairo as well as the North Coast.

 

In terms of carrying out ongoing projects and forming strategic alliances with significant organizations that specialize in management, operation, and development—as well as expanding into the Egyptian market and broadening the investment portfolio—the "Modon Development" company achieved the best outcomes in 2023.

 

Modon Real Estate Development Company completed the implementation of a school in the New Administrative Capital and achieved the highest implementation rates in 6 projects in the Administrative Capital: The Tower, Modon Hotel & residence, Modon mega tower, Central iconic tower, Green River tower, M business tower.

 

The year 2023 witnessed Modon Development contracting with Maxim Hotels Group, owner of Royal Maxim, to manage the hotel and hotel apartments for Modon Real Estate Development Company’s “Green River Tower” project in the New Administrative Capital.

 

March 2023 saw the grand opening of Modon Development Company's first sales phase for hotel flats in the "Green River Tower" project, which was held in the "Kempinski Summerland" Hotel in Beirut, Lebanon..

 

Situated over an area surpassing 60,000 square meters, the "Green River tower" is the tallest hotel building right on the Green River, rising to a height of 30 stories. In addition to a five-star hotel, it is a tourist hotel tower with office and retail space.

 

 

As part of Modon Real Estate Development Company’s keenness to provide the highest level of services to its customers, the company launched during May 2023 the latest real estate application on the mobile phone to support constant communication with customers, making the company the first real estate developer in the Administrative Capital to implement this step, which is consistent with the state’s directions towards supporting digital transformation and technology.

 

The “Modon Real Estate Development” application allows the company’s customers to learn about the latest project developments, follow up on the completion stages and workflow of the project and the reserved unit, as well as learn about the latest projects and new stages proposed by the company. It also allows the customer to reserve new units in the projects, as well as pay installments for the units and communicate with customer service, by responding to inquiries immediately.

 

At the level of new projects, Modon Real Estate Development Company launched Boutique Village - Boutique Business Village in “Golden Square” in New Cairo in September 2023, and it is being implemented in partnership with RO Company.

 

During 2024, Modon Development Company aims to launch 3 new projects in East, West Cairo and the North Coast.
