Orange Egypt has signed a partnership agreement with RoboGarden, the Chamber of Information Technology & Communication (CIT), and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) to launch a free pilot phase for the "Learn to Earn" program to train and qualify Egyptian graduates for work in the ICT sector.

Funded by Orange Egypt in collaboration with "RoboGarden," the program aims to equip Egyptian graduates, who do not have technical educational background, with the necessary digital skills and capabilities to work in promising technology sectors such as web development, coding, and programming.

Participants in the program will benefit from a range of advantages, including an accredited certificates from the University of Calgary, access to the RoboGarden Self-Paced platform, in addition to interacting with professional trainers in Canada and engage in professional workshops with experts.

The pilot phase of this ambitious program will begin by selecting 100 graduates through the Chamber of Information Technology and Communications where applications will be made available to all Egyptian graduates from all governorates to ensure equal opportunities for everyone.

Maha Nagy, Chief Communications Officer at Orange Egypt, highlighted the significance of this project, saying, "This initiative is part of Orange's corporate social responsibility programs, which aims to create innovative initiatives that contribute to community development, enhance its capabilities, and support the national economy where 'Learn to Earn' program intends to tap into the potential of Egyptian youth, providing them with opportunities for self-development and freelance work."

Engy El Sabban, CEO and board member of RoboGarden Egypt, emphasized that this program aims to develop digital skills among young people through specialized technical training to build digital talent and connect them with the requirements of labor market, thus contributing to Egypt's aspiration of increasing exports of digital solutions, software, and services to global markets.

It's worth noting that RoboGarden is a leading global platform accredited by over 600,000 learners worldwide from all age groups. It promotes the concept of programming to foster entrepreneurship and helps non-tech individuals of all ages transition into the new era of digital skills.
