Egyptian-Argentinean trade committee to be formed: minister

CAIRO - 17 July 2017: Trade and Industry Minister Tarek kabil on Monday said President Abdel Fatah al Sisi has approved during his meeting with Vice-President of Argentina Gabriela Michetti the formation of an Egyptian-Argentinean trade committee in order to foster bilateral relations.

In his speech at the the Egyptian-Argentinean business forum, the minister said the first meeting for the planned committee is expected to be held in Argentina in December on the sidelines of the 11th World Trade Organization ministerial conference.

The minister said that an Egyptian-Argentinean business council will be also established to boost bilateral relations in the private sector.

The forum was also attended by Michetti and a number of Egyptian and Argentinean senior officials and businessmen.
