CAIRO - 7 March 2023: Egyptian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (MSMEDA) said that LE 7.1 billion were pumped into the different sectors of development including LE 6.8 billion to fund micro and small enterprises and LE 318 million to implement project of developing infrastructure and societal development to set a suitable environment to establish and expand small projects and provide the daily funds for the irregular labor in the most needy areas.
This came in an infographic that clarifies all the developmental activities implemented in 2022 at the directives of the political leadership to pay attention to the projects of the youth and provide suitable and continuous job opportunities via the sector of micro, small and medium enterprises.
The MSMEDA added that the youth in the Upper Egyptian governorates got more than 50% of the total funding directed to the micro and small enterprises sector.
