ABU DHABI - 3 January 2023: The Egyptian Exchange topped the Arab exchanges in 2022 in terms of annual performance, according to WAM news agency.
In 2022, EGX 30 hiked from 11,949.18 to 14,598.53 by the end of 2022.
The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange came in second place at the Arab level and achieved the best annual performance at the level of Gulf Cooperation Council's member states.
Abu Dhabi General Market Index, Fadji, increased by 20.3% over the past year to record 10,211.09 by the end of the year.
WAM also mentioned the increase of indexes of the Omani, Tunisian, Kuwaiti, Bahraini, Qatari, and Saudi exchanges.
