IsDB honors media team of Egypt’s Planning Ministry

CAIRO - 4 June 2022: The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) honored Saturday the media team of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development.

 

This honor came as the media team represents the host country for the annual meetings of the Bank Group, which was held in Sharm El-Sheikh from 1-4 June under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

 

The honorary shield was handed over by Head of the Media, Communication and Marketing Sector at the IsDB, Thamer Baazim, to Media Adviser to the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development and Chairman of the Media Committee for the annual meetings of the IsDB, Mohamed Al-Uqbi.

 

For his part, Al-Uqbi thanked the IsDB and the media team of journalists, media professionals and journalists who participated in the coverage of the annual meetings’ activities.

 

 

He praised the clear professionalism of the representatives of the local and international media in addressing the issues raised during the meetings and the side events and bilateral meetings that took place.
