All EGX indices up, benchmark increases 0.4%

CAIRO - 31 May 2022- The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) indices went up collectively at the close of Tuesday's trading.

The market capital gained some LE 2.3 billion, registering LE 665.8 billion after transactions totaled LE 1.9 billion.

The EGX 30 benchmark index rose 0.4 percent, recording 10,150.05 points.

The broader EGX 70 EWI of the leading small and medium enterprises (SMEs) increased 0.38 percent, hitting 1,744.43 points.

The all-embracing EGX 100 index was also up 0.28 percent, standing at 2,621.94 points.
