In appreciation of its customer, Infinix Egypt, the leading Smartphone brand, is launching a customer service day under the title of "Free Service Day “ in the last Tuesday of every month starting next Tuesday, May 31st.
Every last Tuesday of the month, Infinix offers its users, through its service centers – “Carlcare”, a number of free services throughout the day in all “Carlcare” 39 branches covering all governorates of Egypt.
Infinix Egypt clarified that one of the most important services that will be provided free of charge is checking the software, cleaning the phone and checking the overall phone functions and features. It also offers discounts on all original accessories and on maintenance services and spare parts.
Form his part, Chris Xu North Africa General manager in Infinix, said that the Free Service Day aims to develop loyalty among old and new users of Infinix smart phones in the Egyptian market, where “Carlcare” customer service centers are accurate and efficient, and all original spare parts are available to repair and return the device to its owner in an excellent condition.
Guan Ren sheng Country Manager of “Carlcare”, stressed that the counterfeit and adulterated spare parts that are installed outside the customer service centers greatly harm the manufacturing companies, and reduce the efficiency of the smartphone, stressing that for this reason, Infinix adopted the idea of a Free Service Day to provide original spare parts at an affordable price to all customers.
In order to save time and effort and to reduce crowding on the branches, Infinix indicated that an electronic reservation of maintenance is available through the “Carlcare” application, which is available on all Infinix smart phones. Infinix user can use the application and choose the closest branch to him after indicating the smart phone model required to perform maintenance, and then choose the most convenient time to visit the branch.
