ITIDA opens door to registration for Start IT incubation program

CAIRO - 17 April 2022: The Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (TIEC) of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) announced the start of registration for the Start IT incubation program.

 

The program is aimed at providing financial support and consulting services for young entrepreneurs and innovators, as well as start-ups that have initial business models, according to a statement released by ITIDA on Sunday.

 

TIEC set April 23 as a deadline for applying to the Start IT incubation program, through which beneficiaries can get financial support worth LE 60,000  and up to LE 120,000 of in-kind services, the statement added.

 

The program presents opportunities to take part in local and global events, in addition to getting access to cloud computing services provided by international companies such as Amazon and Microsoft, the statement noted.

 

It allows emerging companies participating in the program to engage with a group of specialized experts and consultants, the statement read.
