World Squash Federation President tours Madinaty Sports Club’s squash complex

President of the International Squash Federation Zena Wooldridge visited Madinaty Sports Club to tour its squash complex, in the company of Assem Khalifa — President of the Egyptian Squash Federation — and Hatem Hassan — the Managing Director of TM Sports.

 

The visitors were welcomed by General Manager of the club Khaled Oweiss, General Manager for Customer Relations at Talaat Mostafa Group Ziad Al-Shazly, Director of Sports at the club Mohamed Abdel Hamid, and Director of the squash complex Ramy Mostafa.

 

 

Wooldridge praised the squash complex and the services available in it, stressing that it is one of the best squash complexes in the world. Moreover, she praised the quality of the stadiums, construction, and services at Madinaty Club in various other sports.

 

It is worth noting that Nader Shaaban — the Vice President of the Club Sector at Talaat Mostafa Group — stated that Madinaty Sports Club is looking forward to organising the World Squash Championships next year after the great success achieved by the Egyptian Open Squash Championship hosted by the complex, with the participation of world champions.

 

The squash complex in question consists of 11 stadiums, including a main stadium that can accommodate up to 500 spectators. It also includes all the services that squash players could need, including high-quality courts, changing rooms, a large hall to host press conferences, and a gym equipped with the newest machines.
