In statements ahead of the launching of the 28th annual meeting of the ERF, Badawi added that the oil prices will continue to rise in the upcoming 10 years.

This will provide Gulf states with financial abundance in which they will spend on their sovereign and economic funds then on Gulf infrastructure investments and investments in Arab countries that require developing their infrastructure.
