Sisi signs unified finance law

CAIRO - 14 February 2022: President Abdel Fatah El-Sisi signed Law No. 6 of 2022 issuing the Unified Finance Law.

 

The provisions of the law apply to the entities included in the state’s general budget from units of the state’s administrative apparatus, local administration units, public service bodies, and the units affiliated to these entities of a special nature, funds and special accounts, and projects funded by special accounts.

 

Its provisions also apply to public economic bodies, and the law has been published in the Official Gazette.
