CAIRO -10 July 2017: Approximately 6,000 homes are being built in the Dar Misr project for middle-income citizens in Obour City. The project will feature three phases, according to a released statement by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Communities on Monday.
The project includes 2,136 units in the first phase, 3,024 units in the second phase, and 816 units in the third phase. Dar Misr will be open for reservation soon, according to Minister of Housing and Urban Communities Mostafa Madbouly.
Around 3,120 homes are being implemented as part of the special housing project called Eskan El Motamyez (Special Housing). The homes will be available for reservation in the upcoming days.
The social housing project in the city is currently witnessing the construction of 26,448 homes, according to the ministry.
