Petroleum min.: Integrated strategy adopted to enhance handling, storage of petroleum products

CAIRO - 1 June 2021: Minister of Petroleum Tarek el Mulla said the Petroleum Ministry adopted an integrated strategy to foster the infrastructure required for handling and storing the petroleum products to secure the local market's needs and contribute to turning Egypt into a regional hub for trading petroleum and gas.
 

Molla was speaking on Tuesday during his inspection tour at a number of new petroleum projects in Ain Al Sokhna.
 

The projects included the Sonker liquid bulk project, which will receive and store diesel and butane, and the Red Sea petrochemical project.
