CAIRO – 4 February 2021: Egypt’s Minister of Immigration Nabila Makram held a meeting with members of the Coordination of Youth Parties and Politicians to discuss ways of coordination and joint cooperation on effective communication with Egyptian young learners abroad.
The meeting was also attended by members of both the House of Representatives and the Senate, and deputies of governors. It aimed to develop a road map to organize events and field visits for young students abroad, through which they get to know the efforts exerted by the state in various aspects.
Among those aspects is what the state is accomplishing as part of the Decent Life” Initiative to raise the standard living of the people in the most-needy villages in different governorates.
Minister Makram expressed her thanks for youths’ cooperation on activating the ministry’s integrated strategy “for effective and lasting communication with young students abroad,” read a statement by the ministry. In this aspect, a dialogue center was launched to act as a platform and an umbrella to develop dialogue with the students abroad.

“We are looking for fruitful cooperation with the Coordination of Youth Parties and Politicians, and we aim to benefit from their success during the past years in this regard,” she said.
For their part, the delegation of youth representatives attending the meeting affirmed their “full readiness” to participate and cooperation with the Ministry of Immigration to implement its integrated national strategy for young students studying abroad, in order to provide the opportunity to deepen the opportunities for exchanging experiences between youth abroad and their counterparts at home.
It was agreed during the meeting to hold the first dialogue session between members of Youth Coordination of Parties and Politicians, and a number of young Egyptians studying abroad.
