CAIRO - 23 October 2024: Egyptian Minister of Social Solidarity Dr. Maya Morsi revealed that the first phase of the presidential initiative "Haya Karima" targets developing 1,600 rural villages across Egypt. 
 
The statements of the Minister of Social Solidarity came during her participation Wednesday, in the sessions of the World Conference on Population, Health and Human Development (24PHDC) under the title "Human Development for a Sustainable Future", which is held from October 21 to 25, 2024.
 
The World Conference on Population, Health and Human Development (24PHDC) is held from October 21 to 25, 2024, under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and in cooperation with the Ministerial Group for Human Development, within the framework of the National Human Development Project and the Presidential Initiative for Human Development "A New Beginning for Human Building".
 
The 24th International Conference on Population, Health and Human Development (24PHDC) aims to achieve human prosperity by driving sustainable growth, effective governance and community engagement to ensure equal opportunities for all individuals, and “investing in human development and promoting innovation”, by empowering human capabilities, harnessing advanced technology and unleashing creativity to address global challenges and achieve tangible progress.
