Gov't pressing ahead with carrying out Haya Karima ventures

CAIRO - 28 March 2022: Engineer Randa Al-Minshawi, the First Assistant to the Prime Minister, said the government under Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli is pressing ahead with the implementation of projects of Decent Life (Hayah Karima) Presidential Initiative, in line with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's directives through continued coordination among the various ministries and bodies concerned to help provide a decent life for citizens at targeted villages.

During a meeting Thursday, Minshawi said a committee in charge of following up the initiative's project to upgrade rural areas is currently touring Egyptian villages to stand on the situation on the ground, along with the citizens' needs.

The meeting reviewed the work pace at the initiative's under construction ventures in a number of governorates including, Behera, Qena, Gharbia, Fayyoum and Damietta, as well as obstacles besetting implementation of projects in these areas, with a view to working out immediate solutions to accelerate the finalization of all ventures.
