Trial of ex-Brotherhood leader adjourned to April 16

A Cairo criminal court adjourned on Wednesday the trial of Mohamed Mahdy Akef, the former supreme guide of the Muslim Brotherhood who is accused of insulting Egypt's judiciary, to April 16.
