Egypt's Sisi confirms parliamentary election procedures before July 18

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi confirmed during his talks with U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Sunday that Egypt will begin procedures to prepare for a parliamentary election before July 18, the presidential spokesman said.
