Egypt's new cabinet formed, 13 new ministers

Egyptian prime minister-designate Ibrahim Mahlab formed the country's new cabinet on Monday. The new ministers are going to take the constitutional oath before President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on Tuesday, reported the state-owned news agency MENA.
