Egypt's Sisi said "time was up" months before Mursi's ouster

Former Egyptian army chief Abdel Fattah al-Sisi said in remarks broadcast on Tuesday that he had determined there was no way out of a political crisis three months before he ousted Islamist President Mohamed Mursi last July.
