Fotiou pointed out the great importance of the cooperation of Cyprus, Greece and Egypt as well as of the wider cooperation in the region, which as he said “is as a pillar of stability, peace and prosperity in the Southeastern Mediterranean”.

He added that in this context they also promoted and expanded cooperation in matters of the Diaspora, to promote the common interests of the countries, especially in strong decision-making centres abroad.
