Video: Convict threatens judge with throat-slitting

CAIRO – 3 July 2017: Social media users circulated a video of a defendant in the case known locally as Keradasa Massacre, where he draws his hand across his neck in a throat-slitting threat directed at judge Mohamed Sherin Fahmy Sunday.

Twenty defendants were sentenced to death in the case, while 80 were sentenced to life in prison and others were sentenced to 10 to 15 years in prison over the killing of 14 police officers in the Giza town of Kerdasa in August 2013.
