The protocol aims at establishing a factory at the headquarters of Helwan company to move quality production lines to help Allweiler company manufacture pumps used in agriculture, irrigation, drainage and water stations with different capacities.

The Egyptian economy is based on the cooperation of both the Private Sector and the state institutions, he said, adding the military production is adopting a certain strategy for localizing industries in cooperation with foreign partners and the Egyptian private sector in a move meant to promote the industrial field.
