CAIRO - 3 December 2020: The Sheikh Zaied City Authority presented Hisham Talaat Mostafa Group with the award of the best real estate group in recognition of its efforts in implementing pioneering projects that contributed to raising the city's development rates.
Engineer Abdel Muttalib Mamdouh, vice president of the New Urban Communities Authority for the Development of New Cities, and Engineer Mohamed Idris, chairman of the city’s Board of Trustees, awarded the company a medal of honour during the celebration marking the 25th anniversary of the company’s establishment, which was held at Zaied Central Park.
Participants in the celebration, including high officials from the New Urban Communities Authority and a number of leading developers in the city, praised the company's projects, which played a pioneering role in the reconstruction and development of Sheikh Zaied city.
The Hisham Talaat Mostafa Group is one of the first real estate companies to implement its earliest projects in Sheikh Zaied city through Al Rabwa project, launched in 1994, in which the group presented a new concept for residential communities with a deep and different vision.
Al Rabwa project is built on 2.1 million square metres to accommodate 604 villas. Al Rabwa is distinguished for its unique designs and varied spaces. Each villa has its own garden and private garage and is designed flexibly to accommodate a swimming pool.
Hisham Talaat Mostafa Group is the real estate developer of Madinaty, the largest integrated urban project developed by the private sector in Egypt and the region. Madinaty is spread over 8,000 feddans on the Cairo-Suez Road.
