CAIRO, May 23 (MENA) - Egypt will never tolerate attempts to threaten its national security, warned deputy chairman of the Egyptian Center for Strategic Studies (ECSS) Mohamed Ibrahim.
In a commentary published by the ESCC, Ibrahim shed light on a number of challenges which he said could be the most dangerous challenge to the national security, including the evolving situation in Libya, the GERD talks, as well as Israeli plans to annex Jordan's valley.
Egypt seeks a political solution to the current challenges, Ibrahim said, adding that the country is willing to play an effective role in terms of achieving peace in the Middle East.
