Military funeral in Sohag for of Sinai slain soldiers

SOHAG, Egypt 1 May 2020: A military funeral was held at Sohag International Airport Friday for two soldiers, who were martyred in a terror attack in North Sinai late on Thursday.

Security officials, executives, and scores of citizens then took part in public funerals held for Ahmed Ali Mohamed in Akhmim city and for Mohamed Hassanein Abdel Wahab in Idfa village.

Sohag governor offered condolences to the families of the slain soldiers, affirming the Egyptians' full support for their leadership, army, and police in their war against terrorism.
