Awqaf ministry allocates EGP 50m to secure medical supplies

CAIRO, April 16 (MENA) - Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa said the ministry allocated EGP 50 million to help the Health Ministry secure medical supplies for hospitals.

In statements on Thursday, Gomaa said the measure is meant to reinforce state efforts to confront the coronavirus spread.

He said "it is time to support the state to carry out its duty under the wise leadership of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi."
