CAIRO – 5 February 2020: The prominent Indian entrepreneur and businesswoman, Habreen Arora, visited on Tuesday Baheya hospital for breast cancer along with the member of the National Council for Women, Ahlam Hanafy.
Arora inspected the different departments of the hospital and listened to the hospital’s physicians' explanation of the different departments’ roles and the reason behind the hospital establishment. Arora praised the hospital and its role to fight breast cancer among women.
Arora arrived Monday in a two-day visit to Egypt in order to check the final touches before the expected 35th meeting of the Women Economic Forum (WEF), scheduled to be held in Egypt in March in cooperation with Egypt’s National Council for Women, headed by Maya Morsi, and Works company, headed by Nemat Khalil.
The meeting is held under the auspices of the Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al Sisi, and includes 50 delegations for several countries, prominent female entrepreneurs, and leader women from different countries. The forum is being held in Egypt for the first time.
The forum will discuss several topics such as innovation and creativity in the Economic field, entrepreneurship, technology, tourism, electronic trade, employment, and youth leadership.
In 2018, Egyptian president honored Arora during the World Youth Forum held in Sharm El Sheikh for her scientific and philanthropic achievements.
