Egyptian Academy for Engineering, Zewail City sign cooperation protocol

CAIRO - 21 January 2020: Military Production Minister Mohamed Saeid el Assar witnessed the signing of a protocol of cooperation between the Egyptian Academy for Engineering and Advanced Technology (EAE&AT) and Zewail City of Science and Technology.

The protocol aims to enhance scientific and research cooperation between the two sides to help hone skills of graduates and qualify them to join the local and international labor markets.

Courses will also be given by the academy to help determine and solve problems, as well as localize industry and technology.

The two sides will cooperate in graduation projects and in applying innovative ideas meant to link the output of education at Egyptian universities with industry.

According to a protocol, the Ministry of Military Production will provide summer training and scientific visits for Zewail City students to military production factories and companies to take advantage of the scientific and technical capabilities available in them.
