CAIRO, Dec 21 (MENA) - Higher Education Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar said Saturday five new technological universities will be opened to meet the labor market's needs and offer jobs for graduates upon directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.

Addressing a workshop held by Mostaqbal Watan (Nation's Future Party) on Saturday, Abdel Ghaffar reviewed the ministry's plan to develop the higher education in Egypt and what had been achieved in the field.
