KABUL, Dec 14 (MENA) - At least 23 members of the Afghan local army, under the command of the Defense Ministry, were killed in an attack by a group of Taliban infiltrators in Qarabagh district in the central province of Ghazni on Friday evening, TOLO News reported.
The incident occurred in Marawar village, in Qarabagh district, and was carried out by seven attackers, according to the source.
The attackers have "taken the weapons of the soldiers and have joined the Taliban," the source added.
