GAZA CITY- 15 November 2019: Israeli occupation warplanes launched at dawn Friday a series of airstrikes on Rafah and Khan Yunis cities, southern Gaza Strip, despite the ceasefire declared on Thursday.

The occupation claimed that the air raids come in response to rockets fired against the settlements surrounding the Gaza Strip since the start of the truce.

Several houses were damaged in the Israeli shelling on the west of Rafah city, Palestinian sources said.

The Israeli forces said that air strikes were carried out on Thursday night against several Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement (PIJ) targets in the Gaza Strip, including a munitions factory, and the Khan Younis headquarters of the Palestine Liberation Organization, home to several high ranking PIJ offices, Israeli media reported.

Some 32 Palestinians were killed and more than 100 others injured in the Israeli aggression launched since Tuesday on various parts of the Gaza Strip.
