Egypt's Grand Mufti participates in 24th session of IIFA conference

CAIRO, Nov 4 (MENA) - Egypt's Grand Mufti Shawqi Allam is participating in the 24th session of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA) conference, which started Monday in Dubai, the UAE.

The conference, to last till November 6, discusses several important Islamic jurisprudence issues, topped by smart contracts, inflation and currency fluctuations, in addition to tolerance in Islam.

The event will also touch on the issue of food and water security, being one of the most important problems currently facing Muslim countries.
