Afghan president renews peace offer to Taliban

KABUL, 26 October 2019: Afghan President Ashraf Ghani said that sustainable peace is a top priority for Afghanistan, Pajhowk news agency reported on Saturday.

Addressing the 18th summit of the Non-Aligned Movement in Baku, Ghani renewed Kabul’s commitment to bringing peace to the region.

The Afghan president renewed peace and cooperation offer to Taliban group to end the state of violence in the country.
