Gov. opens Giza Public Park for free during Eid Al Fitr

CAIRO – 13 June 2017: Giza Public Park by Fayoum road will open for free to visitors during Eid Al Fitr, said the Chairman of the Cairo Cleaning and Beautification Authority in Giza, Ezzat Al-Kharsa in a Tuesday report.

According to the report, Kharsa also added that there are cleaning campaigns in Orman Park, Giza Park and the archaeological areas of Haram Street. He said that the government also will distribute on visitors 150 thousand bags of garbage for free to keep the gardens clean, and that they will ensure of the cleanliness of mosques in preparation for prayers.

He stressed the holidays were forbidden for employees during Eid Al Fitr.
Orman, Zamalek Fish Garden and the Giza Zoo are among the gardens offering free entrance in greater Cairo.
