Azhar University commends Armed Forces' efforts in battle against terrorism

CAIRO, Sept 28 (MENA) – President of Al Azhar University Mohamed el Mahrasawy lauded the efforts exerted by the Armed Forces and police personnel in their battle against remnants of black terrorism that targets the Egyptian state.

In a statement released Saturday, the university said Islam and all other religions have nothing to do with such vicious acts that are committed by groups with no religion.

It also extended condolences over the Armed Forces victims who lost their lives on Friday in raids against terror hotbeds.
