AL slams Israel's decision to build 2,300 settlements units in WB

CAIRO - 8 August 2019: The Arab League vehemently condemned Israel's decision to build new 2300 new settlement units in the West Bank.

In statements on Thursday, AL Assistant Secretary General for Palestinian and occupied Arab lands affairs Saeed Abu Ali said the decision is a flagrant violation of the international law.

Abu Ali slammed Israel's continued aggression against the Palestinians under the eye of the US, considering this as a litmus test to the international community.

He underlined the Arab League's support for the Palestinians, urging international organizations to shoulder responsibility to prod Israel into halting its crimes.
