President Sisi to inaugurate Phosphatic, Compound Fertilizers Complex in Ain Sokhna

CAIRO – 7 August 2019: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi is inaugurating on Wednesday the Phosphatic and Compound Fertilizers Complex in Ain Sokhna town in the Suez Governorate.

The new complex includes nine factories, in addition to a main control room, a number of annexes, all constructed over 400 feddans (415 acres) within 36 months, based on state-of-the-art technologies.

The move comes within the framework of the continuous state efforts to implement comprehensive development plans and construct new national mega-projects, which will in return contribute to pushing forward the country's economy and securing thousands of jobs for young people.

The project will further contribute to providing a base of qualified technical cadres in this field.
