Libyan Army spokesman: Fighting terror includes countries supporting terrorists

BENGHAZI, Libya, July 24 (MENA) - Spokesman for the Libyan Army Major General Ahmed al Mismary said on Wednesday that fighting terrorism includes also fighting countries supporting terrorists atop of which is Qatar.

In statements to Al Arabia news channel, he underlined the necessity of drying up the sources of funding terrorism.

He further noted that Qatar is a threat to international peace and security and to the region as well.

Qatar is playing a role that is aimed at implementing malicious goals threatening humanity and the interests of peoples in the region, he confirmed.
