CAIRO - 15 July 2019: Egypt pays considerable interest to the Libyan crisis, based on its expertise in widespread chaos, ensued from political turmoil, director of the Egyptian Center for Strategic Studies (ECSS) Khaled Okasha said.
Addressing a forum held under rubric "Libya's future: opportunities and challenges of building national state", Okasha pointed out that Egypt's vision is based on a conviction that building the Libyan national state should be the main option to get out of such quagmire, adding that there is no viable or real solution could be imposed from foreign or regional parties.
All what the regional and international parties could do is merely providing the suitable context or situation to bridge the gap among the inter-Libyan factions in order to overcome their disputes, he added.
A Libyan delegation of lawmakers, currently on a visit to Cairo, was present during the forum.
