CAIRO, June 29 (MENA) - Spokesman for the House of Representatives Salah Hasaballah on Saturday said the June 30 Revolution saved Egypt and the whole Middle East from being controlled by religious fascism.
In a statement, the spokesman added that the Egyptians restored their country from a terrorist group that was aiming to change its identity and threatening its territorial integrity and national fabric's cohesion.
In its sixth anniversary, the world has become fully aware that June 30 was one of the best human revolutions, Hasaballah said.
Following the Egyptian revolution, Cairo has been able to restore its regional and African role, launch major national projects and apply economic reforms, he added.
The spokesman greeted President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and the Egyptian people on the occasion.
