Saudi CP: Global challenges need enhancing international cooperation

TOKYO, June 29 (MENA) - Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said the world is facing complicated challenges that necessitate boosting international cooperation and coordination through holding dialogue and achieving mutual interests.

Delivering a speech at the closing session of the 2019 G20 summit on Saturday, the crown prince called for enhancing trust in a multilateral trade system mainly based on the reform of the World Trade Organization (WTO).

Though realizing progress at the economic level throughout the past years, efforts are needed to achieve, justice and prosperity, the Saudi crown prince said.

He added that empowering both women and youth will always remain the key axes to achieving sustainable development.
