Arab regional meeting on intellectual property at AL Tuesday

CAIRO, June 24 (MENA) - The proceedings of the regional meeting on intellectual property will be held at the Arab League (AL) headquarters in Cairo on Tuesday.

The meeting will be attended by intellectual property experts, said Maha Bakhit, head of the intellectual property department at the AL, adding the meeting will reflect the important role of governments and decision-makers in Arab societies in providing education, enlightenment and environment projects.

The meeting, which is part of constant cooperation between the Arab League and the World Intellectual Property Organization, will also discuss the role of science, technology and innovation in improving the lives if citizens.
